This morning , the President suspended the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria , Sanusi Lamido Sanusi owing to the statement released by the Financial Accounting Council (a name we have never heard before) saying the CBN governor is Financially Reckless and for Misconduct .

- Reacting to this , Sanusi said NNPC has not been audited since 2005 and the President does not see that as reckless
- MD of NNPC and the Minister of Finance were dumbfounded when asked about the where about of $20billion oil money during the meeting with the National Assembly Members , that is not financial Recklessness....
- NNPC spent $3.5 billion of Kerosene subsidy without appropriation despite the Presidential directive against the move in 2009 and nobody sees it as financial recklessnes.....
The President is not honest with us!!
How can you say you Suspend in the Morning and you nominated another person to occupy the position in the evening of the same day....???? Only President Jonathan can answer that Question .....
Is that a suspension or a removal ??
With this singular move the President has proved that he is a crafty Man and he can trickily evade Law because the CBN Act clearly stated the President can not remove the governor without the support of two third mojority of the house of assembly .....
Sanusi Lamido Sanusi said he will be challenging the decision of the President in court not because he wants to return to become the CBN governor but because he want to prevent the next Governor from being intimidated by the Presidency and also because the president has passed the Constitutional boundary of his power
.
Less just Hope the Politics the President is playing with this sensitive area of the Nation won't affect the Economy of Nigeria .....
