AT THE MOMENT, I am the most confused person in the world right .The Unusual is been taken likely and nobody is asking questions ....
On 19th of March ,2014. Gov. Murtala N'yako the Honorary adviser to the president on Agriculture and the Executive Governor of Adamawa State spoke in Washington D.C USA at a 3-day symposium on the Economic ,Social and Security Challenges facing Northern Nigeria Organised by the US Institute of Peace .
While Talking about the issue of the Boko Haram , he said,
" Lets face it, Neither the federal government nor the Nigeria Military has ever linked those persons paraded as Boko-Haram suspects with any of their strategic commanders or sponsors! The location of Boko-Haram camps such as those at Sambisa Games Reserve which are said to be well established and stocked are known by traditional defence and security units in the North-East ".
Gov. N'yako noted that the Arms and Ammunition are not manufactured in Nigeria and that the Arms and Ammunition were imported into the country.
He pointed that the Weapons of destruction were also moved over a long distance before getting to the required destination . We should also remember that the road have been mounted with Military check points .
As a whole and in summary , Gov. N'yako as at the time he delivered this speech in Washington was of the opinion that the Boko-Haram has been given a Very Free Operating Hand by the Government.
I read the Speech and even with the accurate Fact that was tabled , I felt it was one of these opinions alot of Nigerians are unable to air within the boards of Nigeria.
It became More Serious and Intriguing when Gov. N'yako sent a Memo to All the Northern State Governors among others that the federal Government under President Goodluck Jonathan was promoting genocide in the North through its fight against insurgency aimed at depopulating the North .
Having Collated these heavy pieces of information from a Former Military Top Officier (a Former Chief of Naval Staff ) and a running Governor .
We might not be able to say He doesn't know what he is talking about .
Gov. N'yako might not be far from the truth .
He has so much Fact to back up his Solidly Promoted Opinion.
Is the Government Pushing Boko-Haram????
