CELEBRATING 15YEARS OF DEMOCRAZY

I was just greeted "Happy Democracy Day" by a relative of mine and it struck my mind that today is 29th of May .....
Thank God we are alive and thank God the Nation is still retaining the Name " Nigeria " .
After 15years of Democracy I must acknowledge that it has being a big battle of Survive for Nigerians.
1999 handing over from military to Democrazy
I am very Sure that Fifteen years ago, When General Abudulsalam Abubakar handed over power to Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, every Nigerian thought Nigeria has moved into a State of been transformed rapidly and their voice will be more audible without been jailed . Unfortunately, the Nation has experienced more Failures than Success over the Past 15years..

The biggest advantage this new rule has is that you can talk when you see that the government is frustrating the citizens  and not be imprisoned but when you talk and there is no improvement, you shut your mouth .

Greed, Frauds ,Misappropriation of Public Funds and all sort of Misuse of Power which Nigerians thought was a big feature of the "Military rule" was Magnified by the "Civilian Lords" .....

Systems have deteriorated .
The Value and Worth of an average Nigerian is nothing to write home about even though we say we have an Economically strong Nation and the Richest Individuals in Africa ...
Schools are Closed.
Youths are Jobless.
Citizens are Unsecured .
The Nation is Dark.
Industries have packed Up.

I urge our Leaders to make Democracy the Government of the people ....

I will borrow the Words
of the First Lady "Know that There is God in everything we are doing" ...

They should know that even if they don't answer our queries ,i assure them that God will ask almost the  Same questions and I bet they will have to answer in "Awe"

God Bless Nigeria......
